SHIPPING POLICY
This is an exciting time for you, and we get that you can't wait to get your hands on your new Sherpa. Here are some details of what happens next.

CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Your Sherpa will come to you via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1-3 days to process your new rig and an additional 2-4 days for shipping. We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. We're sorry, but at this time, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we do not ship to international addresses. Sorry Canada, we'll get to you soon. Don't pee in our rivers.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped in error. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original purchase date.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe your purchase is defective, please email info@sherpawheels.com to determine whether a replacement is necessary.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the return order as long as the merchandise is in new condition. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are nonrefundable.
